Colin is a Client Service Associate in our Jupiter office. Colin brings eight years of financial services experience in the managed accounts software space. Colin has honed his skills in supporting clients and ensuring their success.

Prior to joining our team, Colin worked at SMArtX Advisory Solutions where he guided users on effectively using the managed accounts trading platform. In this client service role, he offered continuous support for platform-related issues, helped maintain user training materials, and collaborated with the product team to enhance the client experience.

His experience in both client success and team leadership has equipped him with a strong understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Colin is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration and a minor in Business Administration. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his favorite sports teams, the New York Yankees, and New York Islanders. He and his wife, Allyson, have 3 amazing kids – two boys and one girl. They love spending time at the beach and traveling.
